Explanation:

Basically, the two men in the video are trapped in a town that physically won't let anyone leave. Any individual attempting to leave the town will eventually reappear at the entrance to the town. At night, the trapped inhabitants of this town are stalked by monsters that are masquerading as humans. These monsters are known to obey very odd rules but are abnormally strong, capable of killing with ease.

In an attempt to escape or gain attention from the outside world, the two men are trying to test if radio communications still work, using the tree as a makeshift tower for height.

Jade, the man on the ground, witnessed something in a cellar a day prior which causes him to experience hallucinations. It is important to note that these hallucinations of civil war soldiers are connected to the anomalies in town. However, as of the most recent season, there is no direct explanation as to why Jade saw civil war soldiers.

I highly recommend this show. It gets weirder and more mysterious after every season.
