- All business students benefit from the Sidhu School’s unique, four-year Personal and Professional Development Program that develops the leadership and skills employers value.

- All Sidhu students complete internships, giving them hands-on experience in solving real-world problems in their areas of study.

- Students can work with the Kirby Center for Free Enterprise and Entrepreneurship, Family Business Alliance, and Small Business Development Center; some become Kirby Scholars. The Kirby Enterprise Center is here to help students launch their business ideas.

- Every Sidhu student has access to the financial market trading floor with Bloomberg terminals, as well as a free electronic subscription Barron’s University Program.
