Age appropriate chores for 2-3 yr old toddlers 🧼

Teaching toddlers to do chores is equal parts difficult and important! Keep in mind that you are teaching them to do chores, and you will often have to go behind them to actually get things done 🤍

Here are some age-appropriate chores my kids have done at 2 and 3 years old:

🧼Scrubbing bathtub and walls
🍴Setting the silverware on the table
🧸Picking up toys and shoes
🐱Feeding pets (with a lot of supervision)
👖Putting dirty laundry in the hamper
🥣Unloading non-breakable dishes from dishwasher
👚I have my kids put their pajamas on their beds in the morning when they get dressed so we can find them again at night
