Guys I have a friend who is a dermatologist and she told me that when i wanted to use baby oil on my skin because of tiktok and she saved me so here's why baby oil is not recomended for skin or acne
Baby oil, which is usually made of mineral oil, is highly occlusive, meaning it can trap moisture but also potentially trap dirt, bacteria, and oil in the pores. This can lead to clogged pores, worsening acne for some people.
Although mineral oil is often labeled as non-comedogenic (meaning it shouldn't clog pores), the thick nature of baby oil may still cause breakouts, especially in individuals with oily or sensitive skin.

some people with less sensitive or dry skin may not experience acne from baby oil, but this varies from person to person. Everyone's skin reacts differently to products.
