Just got back from Toronto from the Labor Day weekend. By the last day I was subconsciously picking up the Canadian accent....I said "sorry" in that uniquely Canadian way and even said the word "washroom"...just talking to Canadians in their native habitat, I start adjusting my speech patterns to mirror theirs. I appreciate this lyric video as I've been having trouble learning the words to the anthem just from performance recordings.

I am from America and I can remember going to Colonel By Secondary School in Ottawa, Canada for a band/choir trip and we all stayed with canadian families for a couple days. Every person I met were welcoming and fun to be around. I learned that one of my favorite singers, Bryan Adams used to go to their school. I still smile and remember my adventure. Love Canada! ❤️💯
