My mom owned an IHOP franchise. She was really upset one time, because multiple shipments of their whipped cream were bad. The cans felt heavy, but no cream would come out. I had to explain to her that her employees were huffing the gas, so then there wasn't anything to propel the cream out. She literally had to keep them locked up in the office after that.

During a bad time in my life, I messed around with this stuff. Blacked out and hit my head on a shelf. Woke up on the floor with blood everywhere. Now I have a 4 inch long scar on my head to remind me not to be a dumbass. I'm very lucky it wasn't worse.

My uncle was a dentist who inhaled laughing gas from his dental practice. Every day, after work. One day he couldn't get out of his chair. He was stuck there all night. They got him to the hospital, he had months of phys therapy to learn how to walk again.

Bit of info: The "galaxy gas" thing, although advertised to be used for whipped cream flavor enhancement, is very much not made or sold for that purpose. Real whipped cream charges are exceptionally small, as you don't need much of it. An entire whipped cream can takes only 6.5 grams of Nitrous Oxide. Galaxy gas is selling their product in cans of 1000-2000 grams. With one container, if used for the intended purpose, at minimum you could make 158 full sized cans of whipped cream. It's a deceitful company that found a legal loophole and abuses it to get people (quite literally) addicted to their product, and is knowingly causing stuff like this to happen.

One time i helped my uncle for his HVAC business. He tried section 8 housing once, usually soing commercial. Second house, tenant complained no cold air. Went outside, there was some guy passed out with a hose. He had been huffing the r34 refrigerant. Im almost positive he had brain damage when the cops and medics took him away. He could barely talk and couldnt stand.
