Isometric Shoulder Flexion (Flex)

Stand facing toward a wall or doorway with your affected arm at your side and elbow bent 90 degrees. Use your other hand to place a folded towel between your fist and the wall. Keeping your elbow glued to your side, push your fist forward into the towel, as if trying to push the wall over in front of you.
