You could perhaps include, as part of your report on Syria, the fact that the United States and its allies have imposed sanctions on the country and threatened any entity wanting to do business with the country, and that the US is occupying the eastern oil-producing and agricultural region, cutting the Syrian people off from their own food and sources of heating oil.

Whoopi forgot that she is Black and not the architect of 'Race.' Therefore, as someone who belongs to the founded victims of racism, she does not get to define what constitutes race. One thing for sure, unlike someone who looks like Pink, Whoopi at no point in her life will ever be confused as a White woman. When racism was constructed it was based on appearance. Africans, Asians, and Native people of the Americas were physically different in appearance from Europeans. However, 'race' is being redefined on the premise of ideological differences. Or is this just for convenience? Candace Owens is a Christian and a promoter of White Supremacy: Can Candace Owens now identify as White? If the answer is no, then those who are fuming over Whoopi's remark need to reexamine their position.

Uh guys....the Nazis were totally about race. They thought that their race was the apex of evolution (even though the big H wasn't even blonde or blue eyed, and Germany stole Scandinavian babies since they looked more to their liking).

While Jews aren't a race, the Nazis ideas were completely based on race and the made up notion of the Aryan Race, and the Nazis totally considered Jews a race.
