Obviously, there wouldn't have been any Roman numerals on them, but the biblical record distinctly and very clearly mentions that the Decalogue was written across 2 tablets of stone. What the exact shape of those stones were can be speculated, but there is NO debating the fact that Moses ending up putting _2_ tablets of stone into the covenant ark. The way i view the law has not changed because the point God gets across with those commands didn't change.

Perhaps you deal with this in the full podcast, but I don't understand having a second identical tablet. This reminds me of James Kirk in Start Trek: The Final Frontier, "Excuse me! What does God need with a starship?" Clearly, YHVH does not need a stone tablet to jog his memory w.r.t. the terms of the covenant. Are you suggesting that his copy of the terms, sitting alongside the people's copy, in the ark, was to reinforce that this was a "real" agreement, with "real" terms (blessings and curses)?

Galatians 5 is the new covenant also God The Father is water (1 John 5: 6-8) which is how Moses was on the mountain and didn't need food or water .... this is Way you see the 10 commandments different because Jesus is The Way, The Truth, and The Life ( the 3 parts of The Temple).... what I gathered from this video is that it is 2 identical tables in a covenant and Moses is part of The Kingdom of God that Jesus mentions over and over ( twice in the model prayer for believers in matthew 6)
