Rooney would be awful, all you need to do is go look at his recent stint at DC United
Bielsa would need a pre season to get the team playing the way he wants as this everton team cannot currently play bielsa ball so wouldn't work.
Dyche good shout and so Is Sam allardyce given he only has 2 relegation on his record which is impressive given the number of clubs managed

Sean Dyche would be perfect for them, he is a master at keeping teams up and even got Burnley into the Europa League one season, as well as consistently keeping them up every season. Everton will have way more money for him to work with, he was working with a shoestring budget at Burnley, so he will have way more opportunities at Everton.

Also Dyche has actually kept them up and likely will again, even with the points deduction with reaching the 40 point mark
I just don’t know if he’ll stick around for much longer. Even before the PD, I always thought the 777 group would sack him after the season, and they’d go down next year. Now with the PD it looks inevitable.

Bielsa changed us, he got us into the prem and kept us there but marsch is a better manager for us at the minute
