The reason Google sold Motorola was because all the other manufactures got mad and thought it was unfair to them for google help Motorola also Google bought Motorola for a lot of the patents they had. What ruin Motorola was the company who bought them which is Lenovo

HTC is smart for doing this, they haven’t been making great phones lately for the price. Just like Sony with their phones, they aren’t great considering theeir is better options. Google is capable of being able to king of androids but Samsung has been at this for a long while too. You’ll never be able to switch a apple user to android (most of them). (P.S October 4th is my birthday 🎂)

For $600 pixel should include 100 plus gb hard drive and a sd card slot. Running out of memory is a major concern and online storage is not ideal. Also a payment plan would be great.

if I'm not wrong, I think the deal between Google and HTC is about the hardware, where the latter will manufacture the phones Pixels to Google, no more.

They sold Motorola to Lenovo to stop Samsung from all its whining. And they didn't sell Moto at a loss, i understand that Moto's patents covered the difference because Motorola invented the phone and it holds some of the key patents the telecom industry.

Android has too many security issues, Updates eventually stop, Apps can possibly have viruses in it from Google Play, If you sell your app, or have IAP, you must show you physical home address.
