This episode of our reef tank journal we added Brightwell Aquatics Purit to our saltwater reef tank aquarium. Now we do not know much about this product yet and we do not know if it will help in our situation so at this time I can not give a review of it. At this point it is worth a try as it was recommended by other viewers of the channel. We discuss quickly the possibility of our coral beauty angel nipping at the SPS corals. Sean, I hate to see you struggling. Give the Purit a little more time. I absolutely would not rule out the coral beauty. Especially since you pointed out the myagi tort pattern of damage. Maybe another ICP test will reveal something. I would hate to see you give up on SPS.

This hurts me because I went thru exactly the same thing. I did the Purit and went to Red Sea Blue and did water changes every few days until the contamination was gone.
