Hi there iam starting getting really interested into building a house in the phillipines, iv seen your comment telling this would cost 800, 000 phillipines pesos, but when i look on the internet to buy lands in the phillipines, its at least 2 million pesos, are those sites like scam ??? 3 times the price of the house for a land... It doesnt make sense...
