I love notion but…

1. This is not going to replace docs. It’s not a word processor
2. Online access only
3. Why all the sub tables? You can have dbase with tags, single or multi-select and copy the table and use a filter in different docs but use same dbase.

The only drawback that you sacrifice when moving to notion is speed. Notion is unfortunately a bit laggy, and sometimes that creates just enough friction to kill writing flow. One thing I appreciate about word and Google docs is how fast they are.

This is so helpful, I just ran into a major issue with Google Docs with their limitations on my manuscript while editing. I was told I had to make a copy, It was so confusing when you have two people working on the same doc. and get the notification at different times, and we both click copy-- when its only available to the other via a link. It was crazy. I'm thankful you got this video out just in time for me to switch platform and create docs in Notion, with the extra things I can't do in GD. Thank YOU!

nice tutorial! I feel liek the only thing is probably the different format/font options when exporting as a docx file when collaborating with people who don't use Notion. Have you found a way around that?
