Cinderella in the Caribbean | Full Romance Movie | Emma Reinagel | Connor McGee

Ashlyn is coerced by her stepmother, Miriam, to come join the family on a trip to the Caribbean as part of destination wedding. Miriam is the bride to be, and though Ashlyn has been on her own for a while, working and studying to become a teacher, her stepfamily is quick to fall into old patterns of undervaluing Ashlyn, putting her down, and expecting her to do everything. To make things harder, Miriam’s fiancé, Bruce, is a wonderful man who is oblivious to Miriam’s ways. Ashlyn finds friendship and the beginnings of love with Bruce’s son, Noah. But Ashlyn struggles to have her own happily ever after when she knows her stepfamily is set to ruin Bruce.

First time I watched this movie while having a very bad flu and headache. My mom never got married again and watching this movie make me realized how lucky I was because I am not sure how step dad or step brothers had treated me. This is a well written and acted movie. Ashlyn's stepmother and her half brother and sister were perfect in their parts at being nasty to her. We feel the hurt and insults that Ashlyn endures. We see clearly the contrast of good and evil in this family. Enjoy the come back of an independent hard working Ashlyn who is treated like a modern day Cinderella.

The power of forgiveness, despite the way she was treated she still cared about them. I was so pissed at the way her step mum and her children treated Ashlyn but I watched how calm she was and I admired that🥹 This movie is fully recommended. I really love the script, so different from the common Cinderella story👍🏻

No me había percatado que vi la película cuando tenia 8 horas de swr publicada. Y ya tiene mas de 100 comentarios. Es una película con un final hermoso. Que paciencia tuvo la muchacha de convivir con su madrastra. Habia momentos que causaban mucha desesperación. Provocaba desenmascarar a la madrastra y a los hermanastros. Esa hermanastra era mala, le borró el trabajo, la puso en el cuarto más pequeño, etc. Muvha injusticia
