Moving Forward - Original Piano Composition that made me cry

For myself, this composition certainly evoked an emotional response. My family and I had some life changing events that has happened to us over the past two years. This song reminds me of accepting our new reality, picking up the pieces and carrying ourselves forward through the process: one step and one day at a time.

I write songs myself, and the emotions in that small piece are really moving. It does sound like the writer is moving on, pushing forward, but with a level of nostalgia that still lingers. Beautiful.
