Hi Mary. Mortgage payoff party is being planned for next year for sure. I just made my monthly Mortgage payment with my extra principal Payment. I made a principal Payment Only yesterday. Unless you own a condo like me…. dumb thing to do but it was my first home and I bought it in 2016 but basically our HOA fees have gone up so much that they are literally as much as my mortgages so even when I pay off my house I’m still going to be paying pretty much the amount of a mortgage monthly.

Clearly, this year will be worse than the last.
