ഞങ്ങളുടെ അച്ഛൻ ഒറ്റ മകനാണ്

വേർപിരിഞ്ഞ് വേറെ വിവാഹം കഴിച്ചു

ഈയൊരു സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ഞങ്ങൾ മക്കൾക്ക്
അച്ഛന് പാരമ്പര്യമായിട്ട് ലഭിക്കേണ്ടിയിരുന്ന
സ്വത്തുക്കൾ ഞങ്ങൾ മക്കൾക്ക് ലഭിക്കാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ടോ
ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അതിന് ഞങ്ങൾ എന്താണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്
ദയവായി ഇതിനൊരു മറുപടി തരണമെന്ന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു

Sir u told HSA, 1956 ceased the concept of survivorship !! Is it correct sir ? I believe that the concept of survivorship ceased to operate by HSA (Amt) 2005

It is also reminded that I S Act 1925 is not applicable to Muslims although written wills, it is not made applicable to them, because they can make even oral wills, even if written then S 68 of Evidence Act is not applicable.

Of course ur classes are good, but there's no word like ' hairer' u simply say heir. I don't know whether it is a special thing, but I know you know law to a certain extent. So keep it up, otherwise ur charm of speaking will go. Please consider this opinion positively.
