I agree. This is the first apple product I have used where using Siri is the best option. Its so easy, and Apple TV works like a dream. I have yet to use it on my phone or mac, but I do use Siri with my watch (Let's face it, limited results), and obviously the homepod. I think there is a lot of room for improvement with Siri, but on Apple TV it is really good!

Maybe you've covered this before: While watching a video, try double tapping the main button (without clicking) and the on screen video duration display will switch from duration to time of day, giving you your current time of day and the exact time of day for when your program will be complete.

Hi Tom, thanks for these tips. Indeed some of them I didn't know about.
A tip I missed, could have been "tip 5b": Use your iPhone or iPad to enter text strings (instead of the linear keyboard).

I must be the only one asking this; therefore it must be easy to figure out. How do I activate the "Skip Intro" that shows up in the bottom right-hand corner of the 4K remote? Is there somewhere in the wheel I can get to it. Do you think I should ask Siri to do it? Could really use the help. Again when binge-watching episodic series this would be very helpful.

Unfortunately, ATV will not be recognized by an LG OLED C2 tv. It is unusable! I didn't believe it at first, but I have tried everything I could think of. If you know a way of using it, please let me know how.

I "LIKED" you video. A question for you. I have an iPhone 13 and a HomePod. Often when I ask siri a question it will be answered via any or all of the devises. How will Siri know I am talking to the APPLE TV module? Or won't she? Also: If I buy a new SMART TV (LG) with APPLE TV on it, do I need to buy APPLE TV module? Mate, thanks for these videos. One pro tip I just stumbled upon: As a user it's difficult to discover these features when you've tried them earlier, when they didn't work.. so in the spirit of this video, I just arrive home and told Siri (on my phone) to stop playing my music, and since my hands were still full, I asked Siri to turn on my Apple TV, which it did!! You can even launch apps and of course turn the Apple TV off. Please make an in-depth video on what else is possible! I did try and get my Apple TV to play summat through Siri but haven't gotten that to work yet, but I am sure you can perhaps do anything you can with the Siri remote?

All tips are so good n useful..
But sadly to say that Siri still not available in Malaysia..
I feel regret to own it because I pay for full price to Apple but we in Malaysia just got part of its function…
Hopefully Apple will give an access to that soon.

Siri don't play Netflix title i don't why on my apple tv 4k it just open Netflix and do nothing i have to manually select title to play is this also happens with you?
