I recently bought a sealed Anakin's Transformation and I left palpatines lightsaber assembled for a couple days no playing or any stress other than being put together, and the gold handle cracked along the plastic seam. Overall i would be cautious leaving palpatines lightsaber assembled for any extended period of time
