LEGO Star Wars Palpatines Arrest 9526 Review!

Hey LEGO Maniacs! Today we'll be reviewing the LEGO Star Wars Palpatine's Arrest 9526!

This is one of the most expensive sets on the aftermarket, we're going to get into why, and what makes it so valuable...

LEGO should make a diorama of this scene, like they did with the trench run, Yoda's hut on Dagoba and the Death Star trash compactor. And we all know what the quote on the tile should be....

This is just one of those classic Lego Star Wars sets

This set needs a 1 for 1 remake. Same characters(maybe a slightly different print)

I remember buying several of these at TRU because they had a "buy 2, get 1 free" sale. Sorry Tie, I sold them for more than $180 LOL

This set has arguably the best Anakin we've ever had to date. I think the Duel on Mustafer one is a close 2nd. Funny how Anakin followed orders to kill when he took out Dooku. Yet when Palpatine needed to be killed he was worried about morals and principles and trials. It just showed how bent he truly was after he slaughtered the Tusken Raiders. The one moment he had at redemption he wasted and chose to kill Mace Windu. Then he went to kill some kids afterward.

I’m pretty sure that this set cannot be found new for $300 anywhere! I would buy three of them at that price and resell if I could. I think it’s closer to the $500 area by now. I bought this set sealed on Bricklink over a year ago and paid around $400 and I just built it a couple months ago. I do love it as well.

Edit: I just checked Bricklink and only 3 sellers in North America currently have it for sale sealed. The lowest price is $667!!!
