I wanna say thank you I believe the lube on the o-rings was the fix . So far so good no more code will try again in the morning.

Turning on the ignition or starting the car is not sufficient. The car needs to go through a drive cycle or two before the code will set again. The hole may very well have fixed the issue, but momentarily cycling the ignition is not a sufficient check. You need to go into the readiness monitors and make sure that the secondary air has passed. Cycling the ignition like this, or even a short drive will leave the secondary air readiness monitor at "incomplete"
