Well basically hook betrays Peter and Peter to defend himself cuts hooks hand off and through it to TikTok crocodile the crocodile like the taste of hook's hand so much that he would always stock hook so that he will one day eat the rest of him That's what made them sworn enemies Plus hook somehow did betray Peter That's basically why their enemies in the future.

I remember that movie, happy early 9th anniversary to Pan (2015)

Magic, excitement, drama, imagination, action, fantasy, thrills, and adventures. Awesome film of Pan. Peter Pan, Tinker Bell, the lost boys, the fairies, the mermaids, the Indians, the pirates, and the fantastic beasts. Happy thoughts to make you fly. All it takes is faith, trust and pixie dust. Second star to the right and straight on till morning. Peter and Hook were friends in the beginning until Hook betrayed him and then they became enemies in the future. I love stories of Peter Pan, the boy who can fly and never grows up. I never give up believing in fairies and magic with all my heart because I still refuse to grow up, and forget about the precious things I knew, especially those from my childhood. I am like Peter and have his youthful spirit. My one and only wish is to keep the magic alive for all time. And I also wish to be a fairy to stay strong, childlike, young, and beautiful forever and ever like Tinker Bell, and the other fair folks. No growing up, yuck! Fantasy rules and reality sucks! The world needs magic and it cannot die 🧚🧚‍♂🧚‍♀⭐🌟🌠

You can kinda see Hook irritation towards Peter, they start off as friends but later Peter drove hook so crazy he left and hook some of his men with him, then a battle between friends became two enemies fighting and hating each other and it gets the point Peter cuts off Hooks hand and that where it starts.
