USB Flash Drives exist using this controller AXE Speedy+ 1TB uses it with Hynix 3dv6-128L TLC also Tridenite Speedy+ 1TB (i presume the smaller ones also)
I believe they are Phison Turnkey Drives (e.g. manufactured by Phison and sold on to the oem complete) They support UASP + Trim + NVME Feature Set to secure erase pull temp smart etc
and read about 920 MB/s and 650 MB/s write
The older AXE Speedy & AXE Superb use PS2308 + Toshiba BiCS4 96L TLC and support Trim only
