comcast fined a little over 10% of what they made through breaking the law, that'll show 'em

Fines should be required to be above the damage caused. Less just encourages them to do it again.

Let me guess: X570 costs so much because it's actually of MUCH higher quality than the AMD chipsets that came before it? The motherboard manufacturers actually care about making the AMD motherboards on the same level as intel motherboards now? Is that it?

Comcast breaking the law. Shocker. /s

Well when Comcast is allowed to gift FCC money every year they get to do what they want.

Man 1, 25 for a powderdrink, the kind of tea you can buy for that money is insane.

Is it really that hard to guess why x570 is so expensive? These boards support cutting edge tech like PCIe 4.0 and CPUs with up to 16 cores. In my opinion, these boards are priced fairly. A couple of years ago you’d have to buy an “entry level HEDT mainboard” to have more than four cores, and those were REALLY expensive. Now for $200 you can have a REALLY high end motherboard that supports a 16 core MONSTROSITY.

If the entry level x570 motherboards go above $200 then just forget.

AMD doesn’t want to be associated with the word Budget anymore.

"AMD is being taken seriously by motherboard makers" in corporate talk that translate to: Jack up price bois!

Are you all going to do PCI 4.0 vs 3.0 comparison when you get your hands on these boards? What kind of devices currently support PCI 4.0, and could actually saturate its bandwidth?
