I need some numbers, cause this does not sound right to me.
1. What are you replacing that time with. Cause if you eat a burger and go for a run, that might be worse. If you turn on the tv that might be worse, if you buy something from a webside that needs delevering? You should not compair to duing nothing you should compair to doing somthing else.
2. Where does the energy come from, maybe you live in a place where there is a lot of solar or wind energy and your phone and data centers have no problem using electricity from any source.

Who has an interest in you thinking that you can make a difference with your daily choices? It is insane to expect that normal people should be experts in everything. And then the experts that deliver food, energy, data etc to you, they have no responsibility.
If you want to make a difference you need to vote for change. Stop digging coal and pumping oil will reduce the CO2 emissions infinitely more than turning your phone off.

Electric Vehiclesnare the worst thing for the environment. More carbon emissions are released per vehicle made than any single amgas vehicle. And they are indirectly burning fossil fuels. Since that's how most electricity is generated

Stop blaming consumers and blame the corporations that created the systems that cause the problem. It puts the onus on us instead of forcing big polluters to make real change.

Honestly you should take down this video. It is so bad. I realy feel like unsubscribing right now. Maybe talk to an expert. You migth be teknicaly right but thinking like this will never reduce CO2 emmissions and will only prolong the trendision of the energy system.😢

Is that math seems wrong to me. Because the only time your phone is going to be using carbon is when it's plugged in. Slash charging.

When it's off the charger it's not going to be using any resources or creating any excess heat or omissions. So I'm 90% sure you are completely flat out wrong.
