I am on Eve NG - and using FOrtinet image. However when I start the Fortinet image it comes on and goes off immediately. Putty - Network Error, Connection refused. what could be the issue?

my ssh is active and running i uninstall ssh and again install but still i get connection time out. it will connect but after sometime it will give connection time out please help me
