Day 4 Anniversary Challenge | Walking Workout

This 20 minute walking workout will strengthen your cardiovascular system and work your upper and lower body and core, including your arms, shoulders, back, glutes, hips, and legs. It is about 2500 steps and includes a warm up and cooldown. These exercises for perfect for seniors and beginners.

The workout is in three rounds of four exercises -- 30 seconds each exercise with 20 seconds of rest. Each round is done twice.

Round 1
Side step and pullback
Knee up
Front punches
Step back and arm up (right and left)

Round 2
Grapevine or 2 sides steps
Press down and toe touch
Hamstring curls with tricep extension
Heel touches

Round 3
Side step with bicep curl
Side step and one push out to the side (right and left)
Side step with arms forward
Side step with arm up (right and left)

It's really nice when you have the count down clock on the screen for exercise time and rest time. I find it very helpful.

My favorite video so far! I just love y’all. Makes me miss my sweet mama who passed in Sept. last year at 91. She lived me after my Daddy passed away in 2020. I miss him too. He was a hard working farmer right up to the end. He had a bad back and knees and it was a struggle for him to get around. I want to strengthen my joints. I have a bad knee but I think it is better since I have started your workouts. Thanks so much.💕

I know it's too late, but the secret word is "stretch". I had fun today on Day 10 of the 30-day intermediate workout. Listening to you banter about hotdogs makes the time fly by.

I may have missed the Anniversary, but it's never too late to exercise!!! An easy routine to follow, but excellent achieving its desired affect. My favorite routines are those with easy moves rife with variations. Truly enjoyed this one as well as the banter between you and Mom! It made me forget I was working hard. Thanks loads...Anastasia

Yes, Chicago hotdogs with all the fixin's are wonderful, and if you take a slow leisurely walk in the park after you have eaten, you see nature's beauty and hear the singing birds. These two combinations of eatin' good and relaxing are best to calm your soul. ;-)

love your workouts, i am a 61 yr old woman with a bad knee and cerebral palsy and the workouts really help not only with my knee but my balance and my core which helps with my scoliosis. By the was Your mother is a hoot or hot tomalli as my mother would say
