hello there, I got a preapproval letter from NASA today 2-11-22 stating that I don' t have to work at NASA or bank with them! If approved, it would be a locked in rate for balance transfers for 7.9% apr...0$ balance transfer fee, 0$ annual fee, and 0$ foreign transaction fees
