Would you be able to get the pre qualify with the soft pull. Freeze your credit. then accept the offer and leave it frozen so that it won't do the Hard Inquiry? Also if it does do the hard inquiry will you be able to use the one inquiry for multiple products? EX. if you get approved for credit card, will the one inquiry be used for credit line, personal loan. triple dip?
