For anyone who can't find the "replace widget with children", this is now the "remove this widget" feature. They seem to be swapping the naming back and forth but it does the exact same thing! Hope this helps

If your Flutter outline shows nothing to start, as mine did, press Ctrl/Cmd before clicking on the widget and it will appear (just close the basic.dart tab that opens)

In VS Code, it is on the left side. Under the test icon. Its icon is the icon of flutter.

on Mac the option now is called 'Wrap with Padding...' hope it helps :-)

Trying to find that shortcut action list?

File > Settings > Editors > Intentions > Dart > Quick assist power by the Dart Analysis Server.

Pressing Ctrl and clicking on the Home class
activates the flutter outline if it says that there is "Nothing to show".

Click the "Restart Dart Analysis Server" red-button under the Dart Analysis, as it happened to me and resolved it in that way!!
