When recently used files & frequently used folders are shown in the Quick access folder, it becomes very difficult to quickly find the folders that you that you'd need. Luckily, Windows has an option to Hide Recently used files in Quick access. This option is in the General Tab of the Folder Options as shown in the video.

What are my options if what I see on my computer after opening File Explorer is completely different than what I see here? I'm using Windows 10 but I apparently there's an additional piece of information missing that would help me find tutorials and guides with the same user interface as mine. (I did solve this issue using the framework of your guide. Just took me 5 times longer had I known whatever that piece of missing information is and searched correctly with the correct terminology).
