As much as I love the Point Lookout mod, my biggest problem is that the mod makers DID get hired. That means that they have all but dropped all their mods and no longer work on new ones. I believe one has explicitly stated that they are stepping back from modding to focus on their new job. While I AM happy for them, don't get me wrong there, I am sad that any mods they were working on are either on hiatus until they come back or someone else pick them up, or the mods are now dead.

I have a SUDDEN URGE to get back into modded hardcore realistic no-fast-travel camping goodness Fallout 4 now.

I still use _balance_ and wasteland ballistics either together or separate. I know you’re not supposed to use them together, but putting that at the end of your load order if you’re looking for an immersive tarkov experience. Two of the greatest mods of all time. Thanks for the great

Mornedil's Combat Rework is super underrated imo. It's super lightweight and solves the bullet sponge issue.

Shadow Boost is amazing. In the commons area I was getting 37 fps on a 4080 ...on a 4080! Now I'm getting 117+ fps. In most other areas on the map the game flies at 240 fps. Fallout 4 has never run like this before. This mod changed everything.

Shadow Boost changed my F4 game forever - I was struggling with the gun fiight constantly and after this mod all goes smooth as butter... superb

I’ve been in love with this game since it’s released and I’ve been so fascinated with the mods put out here, saving up for a PC atm.

If you want the blueprints and camos in the m4 pack in the Xbox version the name is actually "cold war m4s combined"

My favorite thing about Point Harbor is the Far Lookout... they're like basically the same is what I'm getting at. Think about it.

what would be cool added to a mod like MAIM (and the way horizon deals with wounds) is a permanent damage effect from being shot... for example in real life if u break ur leg, even if it heals its weaker than the original leg.. if u get shot u might find its painful for years or u weaker or leg mobile... what a mod could do is, every time u get a serious wound, you have a chance to permanently lose a point in strength or agility or perception etc depending on where u are hit.. this would work well with fallout 4 not having a max level cap cos u can later increase it again anyway... getting shot would be effectively like losing an entire level... and ur stats gone down, ud find some of ur perks with level requirements are no longer available until u level up again.. or u could add another mod like cybernetics so every time ur character permanently loses stats, u could augment urself with chips etc

I'm using MAIM and Horizon together... one of the best Fallout experiences I've had in years. Yes, it's pretty hard, but it's so worth it.

You have earned a sub from me. Great content and very informative. I never knew "MAIM" existed. If anyone has run MAIM and has also run Better Locational Damage. Let me know which one you like better. I literally just installed Better Locational Damage yesterday. I think it does almost the same functions as MAIM. I want injury to be a deadly thing out in the commonwealth. I am running Feral Ghouls Expansion pack, More Feral Ghouls Expansion pack, More Feral Ghouls, FallEvil, The Running Dead, Endless Warfare, Feral Nights, More Enemies, Feral Infestations and Black Summer which makes NPC's come back to life as a zombie if you don't head shot them. Bodies everywhere. Its awesome. Not the bodies being awesome but the gameplay. Only problem is that all the bodies have plenty of ammunition. You would never have to purchase ammo. The only solution I can come up with is to ignore the loot on bodies. But after seeing this 0:35 Yeah...I need a Radhammer Killjaw in my game too. And the M4. It was pretty

if i normally get 1-30 fps on lowest graphics settings... would that shadow boost mod even be worth using?

Having the mod community thought of using AI to voice characters is amazingly cool.
