Don't do these things it can make the boot very slow you can apply a trick that you can after 2- 3 days you can press shift + shutdown it will reset your updown after shutdown the boot will take some time but after that fast boot will occur after shutdown

No need to change settings. Whenever you want to fully shutdown press shift and click on power off button. It will shut down fully. This you if you want to use your pc again in a day you can choose if you want to shutdown fully or need to boot fast.

Wo feature diya isiliye hai ki pc fast start ho sake. PC on rahega toh kuchh problem nahi hoti. Kabhi apna phone shut down karte ho? (Of course except in rare cases). These things designed that way.
