During an traditional evening address, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Moscow plans to mobilize more troops for a major offensive. Shortly before New Year's Eve, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov had warned Russians the Kremlin was working on another conscription drive, planning to impose martial law and close the border to Russian men to prevent them from leaving.
Russia's partial mobilization, launched on September 21, 2022, has not yet been officially concluded. This is only the case when Russian President Vladimir Putin designs a decree to this end, which so far he has not.

"I support the mobilization" says the guy far far away from the front line, what he is saying is that he supports that others fight and die.

I always find it funny that they rarely take the time to visit communities outside of Moscow. Its kind of like asking citizens of the Capitol how the rest of the district's (from the hunger games) enjoy sending their resources far away and their children to die. Actually, that's exactly what it is.

Not to say there aren't good people who oppose the war in Moscow, but it does continues to perpetuate that only the imperial capital matters.

500K raw recruits is one thing - supplying them with the materials to fight is quite another.

Iranian women are braver than Russian men. Standing up against a government they disagree with and sometimes offering their lives for the cause ❤ it’s incredibly brave and commendable 👏🏽

You can see how scared the Russian citizens are to answer the question of the report.

“Didn’t effect my area, many men were taken to the front” you mean it didn’t effect you personally in your area…

6:42 She says "life has changed for the better". I'm sure that lady doesn't have a son conscripted and sent to the front lines.

Last thing Latvia needs is a lot of "Russian Speaking People" there to give Putin a need to "protect Russian speaking people" - let them stay in Russia, perhaps these are the only people that will stand up to Putin

I have mixed feelings towards people leaving Russia. Russia didn't start being oppressive on February 24 in 2022. It started much earlier.. so it was fine until many were called to join the military? they couldn't bare to stay there? What about all the opposition people being poisoned, killed before? Was that not enough? Wasn't that scary enough? I heard too many times "it does not effect me, so i don't care"...

It's not always the case that someone who refuses to serve in the military is opposed to Putin and his administration. For instance, in Russia, all those young, hardliner men who blog about the conflict do not want to enlist in the military. They will flee as soon as conscription hits them.

Imagine those half-a-million men, crossing back in to Russia, and marching on Moscow. That's more than Putin/the Kremlin could deal with.
