The “burger sauce” is called fry sauce. We invented here in Utah back in the late 60’s. A local chain restaurant called “arctic circle” invented it. It’s been a well known Utah staple for decades. Literally every restaurant here, sit down or fast food; has fry sauce. It’s even better if you use ranch instead of mayonnaise.

Guga! You should market and sell your cheese oil! I've never seen anything like this before! I would buy it to fry up some burgers for sure! You should try this on other different types of meat too. Thx for always making me hungry bro!

I rarely like a video cause I like my like list clean from bull*hit but this definitely deserves a like, I LOVE how passionate Guga is about his food, and people need to be more passionate about things they do in general like he is, imho that would make the world a much much better place....

how often do you reuse the cheese Wagyu oil? and you filter it after deepfrying something in it and than you can store it again?

I love making brioche rolls for my hamburgers. I wonder if it would be worth taking out the butter in my recipes and replacing it with some of this wagyu/cheese oil, or even just the tallow lol. Might be kinda weird for bread but if they were made specifically for burgers it might be amazing.
