Steps Extract by Mask.

Extract by Mask is a useful tool in ArcGIS that allows you to extract the data from a raster layer that falls within the boundary of a polygon layer. The following are the steps to extract by mask in ArcGIS:

Open ArcGIS and load the raster layer and polygon layer that you want to use.
Click on the Spatial Analyst dropdown menu and select Extract by Mask.
In the Extract by Mask window, select the raster layer you want to extract data from.
Choose the polygon layer that will be used as the mask by selecting it from the Input raster or feature mask data dropdown list.
In the Output raster field, enter a name and location for the extracted raster data.
Choose any additional processing options such as the resampling method or the cell size for the output raster.
Click OK to start the extraction process.
Once the extraction process is complete, you will see the extracted data in the specified output location.
Note that the Extract by Mask tool is only available if you have the Spatial Analyst extension in ArcGIS.
