Do you ever wonder what kind of home being one of the top TikTok creators can get you? Well today guys I’m going to show you inside of the Hype House’s 3.6 million dollar home.

The Hype House’s 3.6 million dollar home sits in beautiful sunny California. For the safety and privacy of them and their family we will not be releasing the address or town it is located in. We also encourage you to respect their privacy by not sharing the address or visiting the home at any time.

The Hype House leased the home in the winter of 2019 for a price of about $11,000 dollars a month. The Hype House contains members such as Charli Damelio, Lil Huddy, Dixie Damelio, Addison Rae and much more. The home was built back in the 90’s with a listing price of 1.1 million dollars. The home was listed several times over the next couple decades with no luck until it was finally sold in January of 2018. The selling price was roughly $2.6 million dollars. The owner pays roughly $32,000 a year in property taxes, that’s more than a majority of people make in a year.

The home is set on a 1 acre lot of land with a beautiful swimming pool and outdoor patio. I’m surprised we don’t see more of the hype house pool on their videos.

The house is a 6 bedroom 6 bath with 6,652 sqft. Breaking down to about $541 dollars per square foot. The home comes with a 3 car garage which should be enough space for the members who live full time in the house. Inside the home the kitchen is fully custom with a beautiful center island and dark stained cabinets. One of the notable rooms in the house in the grand entryway with curved staircase and the large living room with floor to ceiling windows. I love whenever homes have living rooms with vaulted ceilings make the space feel larger than it really is. That being said the bottom floor of the home flows in almost a circle. If you take a left or right from the front door you will find yourself wrapping around into the kitchen and ultimately back to the front door. Most of the bedrooms are on the second floor which is home to the master bedroom and master bathroom. This bathroom is home to some of the most famous TikToks on the platform. It has more or less been nicknamed the TikTok bathroom. What’s interesting is most of the bathrooms in the home all contain a little bit of brass/gold fittings which almost gives it an outdated look. Which for me if I’m paying $11,000 a month I’d prefer for the home to look as up to date and modern as possible. Obviously a house like this was an incredible move to help push all the hype house members to grow together.
