Strawberry marshmallow Recipe.

ALL INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITIES BELOW.

Heres the recipe for my fresh strawberry marshmallows.
They are totally delicious, and probably one of your five a day.

Oil a baking tray, line with cling film, oil again.

250g fresh strawberry's, blended, make up to 260ml with water.
435g Caster sugar.
2 egg whites
9 leaves of gelatine.
55g Icing sugar mixed with,
30g Corn flour.
