I have been on the Pickles end when I was still a young cook. The feeling of getting called out as youre trying to keep up is equal parts embarrassing and motivating.

Getting reamed by FOH is annoying and unwanted. Chef telling them to screw off was heart lifting.

All thise emeotions rolled into "oh" at the end was a nostalgia trip I didnt know I needed today. Thanks Bistro Huddy.

Etremely accurate. My chef was an irate sicilian who would yell at us like a housewife yells at her deadbeat husband, and he loved us like that housewife.
