I truly respect the hustle Brock, I think you have the potential to do something big in the near future, but I wanted to share my 2 cents. (Most comments are about this)

First off, $1000 a month for the software is ridiculous for what you’re getting, which isn’t the most advanced chatbot creator and very limited usage. You could get a much more advanced software like Voiceflow and Stack AI for free (to start), create a solid demo solution to show to leads on sales calls, then pay for the full softwares when you collect payment from client (hopefully a few thousand a month). Also another reason why $250 one time is too little. A good solution costs a lot to create, and so it needs to be sold for a lot to make profit! (Also increases perceived value and confidence in the product)

Great vid Brock! Having the lead capture is a great idea! from my experience, few people opt in to give their info through chat bots unless there is a direct incentive. I would even consider having a built out landing page that owner could potentially have a use case for when his new or best seller products go on "sale". With the bot coming into as a lead warmer to eventually get customers to buy. An example of prompt could include, " you are a customer service rep for X company, use name and email of customer from thank you page in 'welcome message' your goal is to: recommend best product based customer answers and suggest to add product to cart" this way, the bot becomes more personal from the start and is basically guiding them to the best product for them. * this not only is an upsell, but quantifiable for your client, giving you ability to charge on performance bases or MRR*

Hey Brock, I love this video and all the effort you put into them. I have a question, about the client seeing the leads. You mentioned earlier in the video that the client can log in and see the same details that you see, including the leads the bot captured, while if you want to upsell the dashboard to see the captured leads...won't the client be able to see the leads already when logging into it ? Or the client will have access to the log in only once.

I have a question, I don't really know much yet about A.I, but can the chatbot powered by ChatGPT learn from a specific conversation with a specific customer, remember it, and then if that customer comes back and start a new conversation months later, the chatbot will remember him/her and give answers based on the whole history of the conversation and not like it's a new person it's talking to ? I don't know if my question makes sense 😅

like seriously in the last video, you charged the customer 250$ as a one-time payment. How can you sustain a business with this model if you spend 1000$ a month on this piece of software? what happens with your customers when you can't afford to pay that anymore? you probably got the pack for free just to promote it but your audience does not have that option. like wtf. I am so mad and disappointed in your choices. Please reconsider your strategy because this will not lead to anything good for you or for us.

You need to build in serious safeguards around what the bot says about dosing, drug abuse, etc.
