I can relate to Carlos in this scene. My brother outed me to my mom when I was 16. I lied and said I was Bi. Though it didn’t sound as bad as being gay at the time. Things were weird with our for a while but then went back to normal like the conversation never happened. 14 years later and it feels like I’m still in the closet. I still feel trapped.

Ok, so TK told Carlos he loved him - hopefully this will be recognized a lot more at some point😉 and with Carlos saying it too. More intense scenes like these please, keep them coming! 👌😍

I am re-watching the episode and another subtle detail is that they wear each others accessories and clothes for instance the jacket TK wears you will see Carlos wearing that in the " in case of an emergency" flight blow up episode and again in the riddle of the sphynx with TK wearing it at the start of the tarlos scenes . The earrings both sport it from time to time damn they are really going strong!!!

T.k. has been wanting to meet his parents. Carlos has been avoiding that question and being uncommunicative about it. That is super unhealthy for a relationship that JUST started.

While closet shaming is not okay, and TK said it out of frustration, This is 100% Carlo's fault. TK played his part right by being welcoming and open minded by introducing the subject to know more about his parents.

Carlos pretty much embarrassed him in front his parents and in front of him and decided to joke about it afterwards.

I'd be furious too, to be honest.
