I listened while on my daily walk and have to tell you again how much I love your channel. You're hitting the nail on the head every time!
As for Dubai, after episode 1 I thought I was really going to dislike it or not even watch. Boy was I wrong!!!! Granted, I'm late to these shows for technical reasons (thought that only Amazon Prime offered them in Italy, but found out that Hayu has a separate app), but have watched a bunch of seasons of BH, Atlanta, Orange County. Dubai has turned out to be GREAT! There's drama, but not the nasty, low down, manipulated horror that BH has become. For a first season, I think they all did a good job, even if some people may have been more interesting than others for some fans.

I think Ayan has a listening problem more so than a language barrier. She consistently hears what she thinks the others are saying and it's always negative. Ayan could stand to engage in more active listening.

I think the reunion actually made me dislike Lesa and like Brooks. Brooks is a hot mess but she's got range and she knows how to let stuff go and keep it moving. I think if we separate Lesa from Ayan, Ayan would integrate better and shine even brighter. Lesa is holding her back. I like Lesa's family scenes, but she doesn't gel well with the rest of the cast. I think she's the problem more so than Stansbury when it comes to the ensemble issues.

If any of the cast have any rich or interesting friends theyve known a long time and are really close with, and are able to move to Dubai (if they are not there already) then they should join cast. i.e Sophie Stanbury. I feel like these women dont really know each other and are just friendly with each other as they all moved to Dubai for from overseas for a fresh life. If they had friendships that were more close and deep it would give the show more depth.

She could be for sure because she does have a lot of potential but she has to detach herself from Lesa because Lesa is holding her back, Lesa is not a good influence on Ayan. Sorry Alex, your example does not work here because you were sent a message by a stranger about the person on your panel. Lisa is supposed to be a good friend of Nina. So when a good friend is telling you about someone who you should not hang out with or is warning you, You give it more credibility based on the level of intimacy of your friendship. It's different hearing it from a stranger and hearing somebody you know for years about somebody they know in real life for years rather than internet drama
