Asian American here, Legal Immigrants from the Vietnam War. My family came here legally, my parents went to night adult school. Took jobs working in production, pay rent, put us kids through school, reminded us that we are here in the greatest county, get a good education, become great citizen, pay our respect to the US Law, and pay our taxes, that was the American way. My family was never on any government assistance. We all grew up fine. Anyone who comes in to the USA must do it the right way. No hand-out, please. You must work to earn it. I do not mind paying taxes if it went to people who could not work but to give it away, that is wrong.
