This is why America has always invested large sums, of our wealth in our military. If they let anyone take a lead like Russia's Hypersonic tech and China's economy and navy they would start to take what world has enjoyed since world war 2. I used to be one of those who argued against spending on the military. Because we are an advanced society and we are in a time peace. I now know that peace is maintained by a well-funded military.
