Islamic centre is just another name for Islamic mosque also known as Islamic Admin Centre where all sorts of Activities take place beside prayers.Iran now is a non=Muslim majority country where over forty thousand of these have been closed in Iran because of lack of Muslim attendants.The Ayatollahs are now paying Iranians to attend the remaining mosques/Islamic centres.Good on Germany.
