Number one tip i would add to this is to be patient. Unless the clock is at 10 seconds left you have time to calmly assess the situation. JP and basically all zoners thrive on you panicking when you get sent away from them. When you are panicking you become predictable and much easier to hit with subsequent zoning moves.

Pro tip: In order to take advantage of those tips, and to be frank any tips there is a requirement. You must spend some time in the lab with your character and JP to take full advantage. And one more tip that will help in this cause "Start f'ing blocking" that will help a lot.

Manon's level 1 isn't projectile invul. The ghost wasn't active when she super'd. My buddy is a Manon main and that thing loses clean to Air Slasher on startup and mid travel so it doesn't have fireball invul. It does have physical invul so it works as a reversal but its use in this video was successful moreso because of speed rather than I frames. Important for people to know

AKI is only character I feel like I even have a chance with. As an average player this guide is great but .the timing and reads on some of that...wow. Great guide for you studs and studdette's though. I do like the DR after normal when he does a clone, seems like maybe even I can pull that off. LOL.

The fact that there needs to be an anti-JP guide speaks volumes. I do like him but he's very frustrating to play against. VS any other character you can kind of learn and improve as you play more matches. Against JP, you have to lab hard, know the matchup and know it well before you can have a decent chance. It's that part that I don't like.
