I will be seeking a Presidential Pardon. In 2005, I received orders to report to Iraq making me a Federal Employee at that time. However, I was being held for the crime of kidnapping for which I had passed a polygraph with the state's examiner, a former CIA, while in custody. The DA refused to press charges. It was a separate Family Violence division under the Violence Against Women Act that pursued the kidnapping my drunk girlfriend from a bar to the house we shared. Many call this Designated Driving or an Intervention. However, I should have been tried under UCMJ legally. My whereabouts were undisclosed and due process was averted, circumvented. Can I receive a Presidential pardon as the state was out of its jurisdiction? USMJ is military federal.

Also, is the President the last step in the Presidential Pardon? I thought with Sheriff Joe a judge was thr last step and had to agree with the Pardon before it took effect. Is that correct? If it is correct what does a judge look at to determine if the Pardon is "invalid"?

What is your belief on the new indictments of Paul Manaford and President Trump's ability to Pardon him. There are 2 jurisdictions that he is charged in and I believe they are also on the state-level. Is that correct? What are your thoughts in general?
