Hi about pardon clemency I think that on March 2000 at 10:30 P.M. in our City of Memphis the first vertical takeoff flight having zero gravity and electromagnetic capabilities is the first time I personally heard of the word CLEMENCY per se I was around 15 years old I think. It was delayed until the year 1999. Live on colour TV blue, silver, white, and grey.
