Seoul named world's best city for conventions for 7th straight year

서울시, 7년 연속 '세계 최고의 마이스 도시' 선정

"Global Traveler" has picked Seoul as the world's number one city for the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions, or the MICE, industry.
It's the seventh year in a row, Seoul has been awarded the honor.
The city was recognized for investing in ways to safely hold MICE events amid the pandemic by incorporating contactless, remote technology.
Despite the pandemic's impact, city officials vowed to provide full support in building back from the pandemic to further cement Seoul's position in the sector.
